... one to the Falls Station and the other to the Devil’s Throat Station. From these points, you’ll have access to several unforgettable excursions:
Upper Circuit – Stroll along an 800-meter elevated walkway that blends harmoniously with the environment, ensuring minimal disturbance to the local wildlife. This route offers breathtaking views of waterfalls like Dos Hermanas, Bosetti, Bernabé Méndez, and M’Bigua from their upper sections. The walk is easy, free of stairs, and takes approximately one hour.
Lower Circuit – This 1,600-meter elevated pathway provides an immersive experience with stunning views of the Dos Hermanas, Alvar Núñez, San Martín, and Bosetti Falls, as well as the scenic Rock of Bella Vista. Along the way, you’ll also enjoy panoramic vistas of the Devil’s Throat and the Iguazú River Canyon. This moderate-difficulty walk, which includes stairs, takes around two hours.
Devil’s Throat Excursion – From the Devil’s Throat Station, follow a 1,200-meter walkway to the park’s most iconic waterfall, the majestic Devil’s Throat. The excursion offers unparalleled views of this natural wonder. With no stairs, this low-difficulty activity lasts about two hours. Afterward, the train takes you back to the Visitors Center.
Once your visit concludes, you’ll return to the hotel. Please note that lunch is not included in this excursion.
Great Adventure Boat Excursion on the Argentine Side of the Falls
This excursion is a thrilling adventure both inside Iguazu National Park of as well as on the waters of the Inferior Iguazu River. It is divided in two parts: First ,on board semi rigid Zodiacs boats get close to the foot of the San Martín, Bosetti, Three Musketeers waterfalls and the Devil’s Throat canyon. Then sail down the rapids of the river to Puerto Macuco, three kilometers from the falls.The second part we enter the jungle by the Yacaratiá trail in trucks specially designed for this environment for an interpretation of the flora and fauna of the area. This excursion is designed to experience and feel the Iguazu Falls.
The following capabilities are necessary to perform this activity:
- To have full autonomy;
- Withstand impacts and other sudden movements;
- Climb up and down 300 meters of stairs;
- In case of an accident, climb and hold on to rocks with preserved upper and lower limbs;
- Hear, see, understand and relay rescue instructions from the crew;
- Verbally describe your condition and location;
- Maintain breathing under the haze of jumps;
- Withstand stimulus overload.
Consequently, persons suffering from the following conditions will be prevented from taking the excursion:
- Under 12 years of age.
- Pregnant women.
- People with osteoporosis, spinal problems, fractures or similar.
- People with motor disabilities or prosthetic limbs.
- Persons with cardiac history and neurological disorders.
- People with chronic pulmonary diseases.
- Persons with obesity and visceral diseases, including type 1 diabetes.
- Any person with physical, cognitive and/or sensory disabilities who cannot respond to an eventual emergency on the Iguazu River rapids (*).
